ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ଫାଶୀ ନା ପୁଣି ଘୁଞ୍ଚିବ ତାରିଖ | Nirbhaya convicts to be hanged tomorrow

ନିର୍ଭୟା ଦୋଶୀଙ୍କୁ ଫାଶୀ ହେବା ଏକପ୍ରକାର ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ । କାରଣ ଦୋଷୀ ପବନ ଗୁପ୍ତା ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ କରିଥିବା କ୍ୟୁରେଟିଭ ପିଟିସନ ଆଜି ଖାରଜ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଅର୍ଥାତ ପବନର ଚାଲ ଏବେ ଫେଲ ମାରିଛି । ୨୦୧୨ ନିର୍ଭୟା ଘଟଣା ବେଳେ ପବନ ନାବାଳକ ଥିଲା ବୋଲି ଦାବି କରି କ୍ୟୁରେଟିଭ ପିଟିସନ ସୁପ୍ରିମକୋର୍ଟରେ ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିଲା।

The Supreme Court dismissed curative petition filed by Nirbhaya convict Pawan Gupta against the dismissal of juvenility claim. The second mercy petition of Pawan and Akshay has not been entertained by President Ram Nath Kovind. All rapists will be hanged in Tihar jail tomorrow at 5:30 am. The jail authorities have already conducted dummy execution.
