Rakhee Purnima or Raksha Bandhan as it is known elsewhere is being celebrated across the country this Thursday with pomp and gaiety. This is a festival that celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters as latter tie rakhees(wristbands) on the wrists of their brothers.
