ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ପ୍ରେମୀଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ଫ୍ଲୋରିଡାରେ ଏକ ନିଆରା ମ୍ୟୁଜିକ ଫେଷ୍ଟିଭାଲ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଏ, ଯାହା ସମୁଦ୍ର ଗର୍ଭରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ଏହି ମ୍ୟୁଜିକ୍ ଫେଷ୍ଟିଭାଲର ଆୟୋଜକ ବିଲ ବେକରଙ୍କ କହିବା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ସମ୍ପଦର ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପ୍ରତି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭିତରେ ସଚେତନତା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ନେଇ ପ୍ରତି ବର୍ଷ ଏଭଳି ଏକ ନିଆରା ଉତ୍ସବ ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥାଏ। ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ପୃଥିବୀର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀମାନେ ଆସି ଭାଗ ନେଇଥାନ୍ତି। ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପୋଷାକ ସହ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀମାନେ ଜଳପରୀ ବେଷରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନଜର ଆସିଥାନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବରେ ମ୍ୟୁଜିସିଆନ ବୁଡାଳିମାନେ ପାଣି ଭିତରେ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଥିମ୍ କୁ ନେଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଇନଷ୍ଟ୍ରୁମେଣ୍ଟ ବଜେଇଥାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବଛା ହୋଇ ରହିଥିବା ସମୁଦ୍ର ଥିମ ଗୀତକୁ ଅଣ୍ଡରଓ୍ବାଟର ସ୍ପିକର ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲାଇଭ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମିଙ୍ଗ କରାଯାଇଥାଏ। ତେବେ ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବର ମଜା ନେବା ଲାଗି ହଜାର ହଜାର ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକ ଫ୍ଲୋରିଡାର ଲୁ କି ରିଫ୍ ଠାରେ ଏକତ୍ରିତ ହୋଇଥାନ୍ତି।
