I appreciate today's article on 'Utkocha' by Mr. Sibaram Satpathy. Mr.Satpathy's interpretation on Corruption and style of writing in Oriya,
in spite of his long tenure of Army service outside of the State, is commendable. I will be looking for his another write up in Dharitri.
