A recent news item on Mines Scam is the completion of ivestigation by Indian Bureau of Mines(IBM)and a report will be submitted before February 2010. This is to bring to the notice that IBM itself is an interested party in this entire mines scam. All the Mining plans are sent for approval to IBM. Your newspaper must understnad the entire process of mining plan approval and raising. The nexus starts from Orissa Mining coroporation(OMC)and ends with theft of public wealth in the form of mineral ores. In this process local machinery is also fully involved. The only way through which a little more transparency can be established is through a CBI enquiry which has to cover IBM, the real approver of this scam. Hope Dharitri will immediately investigate in this regard and demand a CBI enquiry.
