Unknown place named kaliapat
Dear tathagata satpathy sir, I am a citizen of india,belongs to state orissa of district bhadrak at chandbali tehsil.there is a small ,neglected and unknown place named kaliapat .i am very sorry to say that,i live at that village.sir,i want to publish the neglegency of our village and to make forward through media.so if you will help me.then i can do. so satpathy please help me in this matter. so expect to me,to my village, to my orissa. i subset of my village and my village is subset of orissa.
