Target hebe Bindra has been a thought provoking and timely article.I request the editor to publish such articles time and again.During my short stay in USA I am able to find out how impartial is the administration & how effective is the police. In favourable circumstances Budhia would have come up as an eminent runner.It is unfortunate that we started politics. In the whirl-wind he lost his bearing. A disciplined organisation like Army could have taken the responsibility to bring him up.It is never too late.Let us find out interested & dedicated players give them right coaching so that they bring name and fame to the country.
