The main issue it appears .....
Mr.Editor,
I have read your Editorial "Mate Phasi Dia" dated 10th august, 2008.
please note my comments: 1. the main issue it appears is not giving you
chair even if you are a Hon'ble member of the parliament. But you being
an MP must bring amendments regarding treating accused with dignity. You
have valid point. In western countries I guess accused are given seat
and treated with dignity. But i am not amused your editorial. You must
have agitated on this issue in parliament to treat accused with dignity
and respect them by making changes in related law. In present times all
accused have to stand in court. All are equal before law. We have rule
of law in India and there is no place for ego. If different organs of
the state or society clash we have a very little to gain. If there is
problem there is way. It seems you disturbed by the verdict of SDJM
Bhubaneswar. If you think that your conviction without any leagl basis,
you must go higher court and get appropriate relief. I and many even
minded people must have had great pain by the article made by you. I
request you to publish my feedback. Stop the fight. We always cry about
our problems rather than looking for solutions. In AC room people make
comments like "Pacha pariba" "kapi kari pass" "clerk" "setting" etc. to
degrade judiciary. You have no idea about the environment and
difficulties in which judicial officers' work. There is no ventilation,
no electricity, and no facilities. I had great respect for you. But it
appears that you have been badly disturbed and your ego is hurt. But we
expect a leader to be constructive and bring solutions and not problems.
It is easy to say we are having problems but true leaders give
solutions. you must try hard being mp to make arrangement for better
infrastructure for all government establishments in general and
judiciary in particular. Differences of opinions is appreciated in our
democracy but the comments must be constructive and without bias. Have
faith in Judiciary and fight your court cases in courts only don't
resort to newspapers under your control to make big noise in the guise
of public welfare. Thank you for reading my feedback. I know you will
change your views when you see the truth and justice.

Dear "Reader"
Normally, we do not post mails sent by cowards who are incapable of
divulging their own names. I am certain you have not even read the
editorial since you do not know what the title was. I am aware that an
accused has to stand in Court. I respect Courts and always attend,
whenever possible, the dates. This inspite of getting relief under 205.
However, the Pipli magistrate did not have the courage to talk to me in
his Court. He told me his egoistic crap in his Chamber. He should not
have summoned me there since I was an accussed.
If you are capable of reading Oriya, I suggest you read 'Phasi Diaa' and
then talk.
Best wishes
Editor
