where is history of orissa??

Dear Sir,

I read the INDIAN history in wikipedia and other internet documents, but sorry to say found less and no significant writings about Orissa history. Although most of them describe the Kalinga war, most of them describe the mightness of king Ashoka who is responsible for the killing of 100000 Kalinga sena. I didnt find the description of The dynasty of Gangas and others. If the historian of orissa are aware of these.. Why the Orissa history is always neglected in India history. Could the History department of our universities answer this.. For the sake of our Land these people should come forward.. define our history properly..
