Bold and praise worthy
Dear Sir,
Your editorial dated 10.08.08 "Fasi Dia" is bold and praise worthy. You
have opened the eyes of our Public. What the common people always think
about the Judges and their Justices are not always so. Your argument
based on strong example of Doctors, Engineers, Administrators and above
all Politicians. Why the erring Judges should not be answerable to the
common people of India? Now time has come to scrutinies the Law of
India.It reminds me the statement of our ex Chief Minister Mr. Biju
Pattnayak's remarks on Judiciary "Judiciary is not Bible". The honest
man like Mr. Biju Pattnayak had really understood what was going inside
the Judicial System. In my unbiased opinion the Fasi should be given to
the erring Judges only.
