Jailor has not got his basic right
Dear Sir,
It is about the article mentioning -- "Ex-Jail Supt. apologising for
handcuffing Raja Acharya the criminal.It is strange that the Jail Supt
has to apologise for hand-cuffing a known criminal and murderer. If the
jailor has not got his basic right, and the criminal can make him
apologise using the Court of Law, then we should lose all faith on the
judiciary. The judiciary instade of taking action to punish the
criminal, has become an instrument in the hand of criminal in
humiliating the police force. This is one of the biggest reason for
criminals not getting arrested, as they have more democratic rights as
law-breakers than the police as the law-enforcers.
